  16. There has been a small technical delay in the program launch utility.
  17. Users who register now, receive QD V1.32, with Text Search, and
  18. will be automatically mailed QD V1.40 with Program Launch, VDS (Virtual
  19. Demand Swapping) and other enhancements, in January or February 1994.
